Powder-coating robot for coating the individual compartments of clothes locker interiors at various intervals in a run-through process. This means that the
locker is suspended so that it tilts and, while it is transported through the system, its interior is coated.

Problem:
Adjusting formats while individual lockers are being transported and simultaneously coating the locker interior while the guns are submersed.

Solution:
The automatic adjustment of axis clearances could greatly
reduce the product changeover time, so that this can take place during an ongoing process.
