Application description of the installation
This is for pusher application in a Tetra packing machine.
Problem definition
We wanted to high speed application for pusher application. We were planning for stepper Motor but we decided that we should go for servo motor because the speed of the motor is more than 1000 rpm.
How were processes optimized/costs saved/increased efficiency with automation?
igus has offer ZLW units with Stepper servo motor with Drives. We tested it and it looks alight and it has been implemented in the machine.
