Baumer Bourdon Haenni
Baumer Bourdon haenni is also a manufacturer of pressure gauges for various sectors. We manufacture our own tubes, which we call "tube de bourdon". I've developed a machine that enables us to control the tube stroke in mm between the minimum pressure (0) and its maximum pressure. The plane or type of tube and its maximum permissible pressure define the cameras position on the X, Y and Z axes. When the camera is correctly positioned in front of the tube, it captures images during the process of pressurizing the tube to determine its stroke (its displacement due to the elasticity of the material). The camera movement on the X, Y and Z axes is mounted on Igus equipment (guides, control cards, cable chains, etc.). This allows me to obtain repeatability in the movements of the vision system (see photos).
