Z-axis filament rising and falling for 3D printers
Problem definition
When going up and down, the sensor stops harder, sometimes ahead, sometimes behind, jamming the main Z-axis.
How were processes optimized/costs saved/increased efficiency with automation?
Adding distance sensors, such as microswitches, or photosensitive switches, to the screws for precise distance control.
