The machine performs printhead cleaning on industrial inkjet machines. The XYZ gantry is used to move the head in the various washing phases between the 3 available tanks. Another gantry is used for quick attachment and release of the different head supports.

Find an integrated and functional system for the machine, using lightweight, self-lubricating full rails given the presence of liquids and vapors.

The system has made it possible to speed up the process of washing the printheads, improving quality and saving on processing time and costs.
