Application description of the installation
The customer is looking for a gantry build for door accessories painting which does not requires much maintenance so they can have a better competitive advantage over what is offered by their rivals.
Problem definition
it is a painting machine hence they need something easy to clean and does not require maintence
Also the system need to fits limited bill and short leadtime (within a month).
How were processes optimized/costs saved/increased efficiency with automation?
This gantry help customer paint door accessories more evenly.
Quality of the finished part is better and they can cut labour cost of 1 worker.
