The device is installed in an Estonian manufactory for wood mouldings. The device uses 4 linear movement drylin robotic systems wich is managed by Igus controlmodul and program.

The companys problem was placing 3-6m wood modules on a production line. The wood modules are long and slim and they had to be lifted by two workers.

Automation enabled the machine to automatically place the wood modules on the production line and didn´t need workers to intervene. Effectiveness increased 100% and costs decreased by the pay of 2 employees. ca 52 000€ per year.
