Application description of the installation
We design a pick and place object robotics as it is needed in many industries and we also did a moving robotic which is also a place a precious role in industries. The main problem be got is moving the object properly in an upward and downward like replacing the object on a moving thread. We design in a way that the object should be placed on a moving thread.
Problem definition
Problem be faced due to IG us software is at the angles we use there cannot be detected easily and the robotic is in a 3D angle so when it was we cannot apply. This is problem is the main thing we face during the designing of robotics.
How were processes optimized/costs saved/increased efficiency with automation?
At UMC, automation is a powerful tool for efficiency and optimising for developing less labour intensive work flows first step up and debragring to in machine probably and robotics progresses are decreased to maximize output and efficiency for high complexity parts we have a cost efficiency mindset and two apply automatic where its musy needed. Our team takes pride in proceeding high previous parts and developing solid process further manufacturing dot many manufacturing implement automatic once a certain volume thressure is reached at umc we have never wait we are always working to get a head of the game and developed automation strategies.
