Pet food production. Meat dosing machine.

Until now this job was performed manually. Production volume increased significantly and the job became too difficult for a human. It was physically difficult always to press the meat bags and meat bags had to be refilled after each cycle. Now there is a tank for meat, which has to be refilled more rarely and the robot is dosing the meat automatically. We used drylin gantry system DLE-RG-0003 to solve the automation.

Efficiency increased.
