Introducing the POKO YOKE system in the valve guide pressing machine by using Igus linear guides & stepper motor. This linear guide was very helpful to producing quality of produced & component rejection also eliminated 100%.

In our company, we are going to the manufacturing of tractor engine. we use the CNC& SPM machines, For one of the SPM machines, we are going to assemble the valve guide pin in the cylinder head. In this machine, we have used for different lengths of Valve guide pins. If wrongly pickup and fixed into the machine, after pressing of that pin the component was get rejected. There was no possibility to verify the pin height differents in visuals.

This Linear guide mechanism can be adapting to all model parts to check the quality for easly. So that we can eliminate the rejection percentage by 100%. This system can eliminate sensor costs & material rejection cost.
