igus gantry is used with a camera attached to the Z axis, where the gantry, will be used for inspection, monitoring of plants growth and status during different timing.

The igus D1 custom cabinet for the gantry kinematics was easily programmable to suit the application's need.

A few issues arise when this application was started :

1) Suppliers that can supply a large gantry ( 10m x 2m x 1m )
2) Quick leadtime
3) Able to provide installation services and consultant

The gantry is able to assist the company to make this application possible, where many suppliers was not able to commit. igus team has shown their commitment and ability to us, which has given us confident that the igus team is able to deliver a difficult task at hand where many suppliers are not able too.
