Development of a Vision Expert Robot for mechatronic testing (electronics + mechanics) Inspection operations are carried out by operators using simple means (binoculars, x10 magnifiers, etc.), but these operations entail physical fatigue and risks of non-quality. The aim of the solution to be deployed is to support this visual inspection with an automatic system.

Our customers, who produce small and medium-sized batches, are looking for a solution that can be quickly reprogrammed, and that will reduce programming time. They also dont have robot specialists on staff. So we had to develop a low-level software solution to control the REBEL robot through our software, and offer a single man-machine interface.
